Bloomiq Account Deletion Instructions

Thank you for using Bloomiq. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the instructions below:

How to Request Account Deletion:

  1. Compose a new email.
  2. In the "To" field, enter the following email address: support@bloomiq.io
  3. In the "Subject" field, clearly type: Account Deletion
  4. In the body of the email, please state that you wish to delete your Bloomiq account. You can simply write:

    "I am requesting the deletion of my Bloomiq account."

    You can also include your account email address in the body for verification.

What Happens After You Send the Email:

  • Once we receive your account deletion request via email, we will process it within 24 hours.
  • You will not receive a confirmation email upon deletion. Data Deletion and Retention: Upon successful account deletion, the following types of data associated with your account will be deleted from our active systems:
    • Profile Information: This includes your name, email address, and email.
    • Usage Data: This includes any data related to your interaction with the app, such as chatbot conversations, analytics preferences, and alert settings.

Please note the following regarding data retention:

  • Temporary Backups: While your active account data will be deleted within 24 hours.
